Using our same day service, you won’t need to stress about whether a defendant or recipient will be served, because rest assured, they will be. As there isn’t a person in New York City’s five boroughs and Long Island’s Suffolk and Nassau counties that can’t be served through our same day service.
We have implemented and utilize techniques that ensure our process of service is completed expeditiously. We understand that there are evasive defendants, however, even these individuals we have served with great success. Our techniques remain in the confines of the law and the requirements thereof.

Keep in mind that for a service of process to be valid and accepted by the court, a defendant/recipient cannot be served:
- Before 6am or after 10pm.
- On a religious holiday.
- On a Sunday.
- On a Saturday if they keep Saturdays as holy.
We keep our clients up-to-date on the progress of the delivery by sending them real time Email updates that are tracked through GPS. Then, once we have served your defendant/recipient we will send you the Service of Affidavit as proof.
